16 Cheapest Places To Eat In Disneyland

A trip to Disneyland can get pricey between the tickets, hotels, souvenirs (can’t forget about those Mickey’s ears), and food. You want to enjoy a fun family vacation without spending too much money.

Planning ahead and having a budget can help you make the most out of your money at the park. Disneyland has a variety of cheap food, you just need to know where to look.

Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe has the best sandwiches. Bengel Barbeque has skewers on the go to get your protein.  Tiki Juice Bar is home to the famous Dole Whip.

Mortimer’s Market, in California Adventure, has a variety of healthy snack options. When I plan a trip to Disneyland Resort, I am on a budget.

I like to have everything planned out and that includes where we are going to eat. I have listed some great places to eat with some options for meals $15 and under.

Cheapest Places To Eat In Disneyland

1. Main Street, U.S.A (Main Entrance of Disneyland Park)

Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe (mobile ordering) next to the entrance of Adventureland, this cafe offers sweet bakery treats and a variety of sandwiches for around $15 and under. Order the tomato soup and cheese sandwich. Don’t forget the Matterhorn macaroon!

Market House to right after you enter the park, is the home of Starbucks.  Offering most coffees, Frappuccinos, Refreshers, smoothies, espressos, teas and hot chocolates.  Price range is $7 and under.

Refreshment Corner (mobile ordering) is a great stop for hot dogs, Mickey pretzels and other snacks for around $10 and under.

Carnation Cafe offers your typical American food. With seating indoors and outside. Enjoy Walt’s chili or a baked potato for around $7 and under. To the right of the entrance of Disneyland Park.

2. Tomorrowland (east inside Disneyland Park)

Pizza Planet (mobile ordering) next to Space Mountain offers pizza and pasta. Prices range from $10 and under for a slice of pizza.

Galactic Grill (mobile ordering) Typical American food like burgers and salads. The price range is $10 and under. Find it across from the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage.

3. Adventureland (west inside Disneyland Park)

Bengal Barbecue (mobile ordering) offers grab to go skewer options and is located right by Indiana Jones Adventure. Prices range from $6 and under.

Tiki Juice Bar (mobile ordering) home of the famous Dole Whip! This is a must-visit, enjoy a tasty treat for around $6.

Tropical Hideaway along the Jungle Cruise river enjoy a Dole Whip and other tropical snacks. Price range is $10 and under.

Tropical Imports is located near the Jungle Cruise and offers loads of healthy options like pineapple spears. Price range is $10 and under.

4. Critter Country (far south-west corner inside Disneyland Park)

Hungry Bear Restaurant (mobile ordering) next to Splash Mountain, takie in the view of Rivers of America while enjoying a burger. Price range is $10 and under.

5. Fantasyland (Castle in middle of Disneyland Park)

Edelweiss Snacks (mobile ordering) home of turkey leg! If you are looking for something as big as your thigh, the turkey leg it is.  The price for a turkey leg is around $12 and can easily be shared between three or four people.

Troubadour Tavern (mobile ordering) behind the Dumbo the Flying Elephant, a great place to grab a bratwurst or stuffed baked potato. Prince range is $10 and under.

Red Rose Taverne (mobile ordering) next door to Pinocchio’s Daring Journey; serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Price range is $10 and under.

6. Frontierland (north west inside Disneyland Park)

Stage Door Cafe (mobile ordering) south of The Golden Horseshoe stage is a walk up counter that offers Disney’s famous corn dogs and funnel cakes.  Enjoy the highly raved fish and chips. Menu price range is $10 and under.

7. Mickey’s Toontown (north end of Disneyland Park)

Clarabelle’s Frozen Yogurt a quick grab-and-go option of ice cream and salads.Price for a scoop of ice cream is $4. Rest of the menu is $15 and under.

Daisy’s Diner enjoy a grab-and-go personalized pizza, with a walk up window. Price range is around $8.

Pluto’s Dog House  walk right up to order yourself a hot dog or turkey dog. Price range is around $7.

8. New Orlean’s Square (south-west inside Disneyland Park)

French Market Restaurant (mobile ordering) stop by on your way to the Haunted Mansion and enjoy seafood, sandwiches and other New Orlean inspired foods. Price range is $15 and under.

10. Buena Vista Street (entrance to California Adventure)

Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream (mobile ordering) at the entrance of Disney California Adventure Park, has all your ice cream needs with the finest hand-scooped ice cream. If you are willing to share, the price of two scoops is not far off from the price of one scoop. Price range is $15 and under.

Fiddler, Fifer and Practical Cafe offers Starbuck drinks, breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Price range is $15 and under.

Mortimer’s Market located near the entrance of California Adventure park on your right, you can enjoy healthy snacks and drink options. Price range is $15 and under.

11. HollywoodLand (East inside California Adventure)

Award Wieners (mobile ordering) offers a variety of hot dogs, chose from bacon, all beef, uptown or chili hot dogs. Price range is $15 and under.

Fairfax Market offers foods for the vegetarian and plant-based eaters , with plenty of healthy food options including hummus and veggie cups. Price range is $15 and under.

Schmoozies Smoothies (mobile ordering) take a break and enjoy an assortment of refreshing smoothies and coffee drinks. Price range is $10 and under.

12. Pixar Pier (south-west inside California Adventure)

Adorable Snowman Frosted Treats enjoy a lemon or mango frosty treat or a frosty parfait for around $6 a serving

Angry Dogs themed after Inside Out offers a variety of hot dog options, enjoy the Angry hot dog or the Slightly Annoyed hot dog. Next to the Pixar Pal-A-Round. Price range is $10 and under.

Jack-Jack Cookie Num Nums near the Incredicoaster, a cookie stand that offers cookies and small pies. Price range is $10 and under.

Poultry Palace is a food stand with chicken, turkey legs and corn on the cob. Price range is $15 and under.

13. Paradise Gardens Park (south-west inside California Adventure)

Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta west of the Paradise Pier, enjoy a slice of pizza or pasta. The average price for a slice of pizza is $7.49. Full menu ranges from $15 and under.

14. Pacific Wharf (center of California Adventure)

Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill (mobile ordering) west of Cars Land, enjoy a nice and warm Mexican dish of Pollo Asada or Al Pastor. They also serve alcohol. Price range is $15 and under.

Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop in Pacific Wharf offers shakes, floats and frozen drinks, great for sharing! Price range is $15 and under.

Lucky Fortune Cookery (mobile ordering) offers a variety of Asian dishes. They also serve alcohol. Price range is $15 and under.

15. Cars Land (south inside California Adventure)

Cozy Cone Motel down at the Cozy Cone you can enjoy an array of treats from each motel. Stop by for a churro, ice cream in a cone, chili con queso, pop-cone, and frozen cone-coctions. Motel 2 – ice cream in a cone. Motel 3 – Chili con queso. Motel 4 – Frozen cone-coctions. Price range is $10 and under.

Filmore’s Taste-In offers a variety of healthy options, such as veggies and fruits. Price range is $15 and under.

Flo’s V8 Cafe (mobile ordering) in the heart of Cars Land and next to Radiator Springs Racers, has an assortment of diner style food. Price range is $15 and under.

16. Grizzly Peak (west inside California Adventure)

Smokejumpers Grill (mobile ordering) just east of Soarin’ over California, offers delicious brisket mac’n cheese, burgers, and chili fries.  Price range is $10 and under.

Money Saving Strategies

Share! Turkey leg carts are on almost every corner of the park.  A turkey leg, which is about the size of your thigh, is about $12, if you share between three or four people, it comes down to around $4 a person.

At the Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe, you can share a tomato soup with a cheese sandwich. A little side note, the sandwiches at Jolly Holiday Bakery Café are some of the most affordable in the park.

Proteins

We can’t forget about the protein. You would think it is challenging to find a deal in Disneyland, think again…Try the skewers at Bengal Barbeque in Adventureland, near the Indiana Jones ride. The skewers average about $5 and will give you the energy you need to keep going. The Banyan beef skewer is hot and spicy, while the Bengal beef skewer is sweeter.

Healthy Snacks 

Disneyland offers an assortment of healthy snacks that make it easier to make dietary decisions.  Apple chips, corn on the cob, pickles, whole fruits and fresh pineapple spears are some of the cheapest foods at Disneyland.  Tropical Imports offers a hummus trio with crisp veggies.  Power packs for kids are offered at many of the restaurants, which includes veggies, apple slices, mandarin oranges, and Danimals smoothie. 

Vacation Deals

If you have a Costco membership, you can receive a great deal on a vacation package.  Stay two nights or more at any Disneyland resort hotel and Costco is offering up to $245 in a Disney gift card.
